Allow token titles to be visible from map layer

Right now players can only see token titles if they're on the token layer. The GM however can see them from every layer. That's great if you wish to use D&D style mapping. But it's not so good if you're trying to use google maps-style pushpin mapping. I like to drop a map onto my game and then drop tokens to represent locations and store information about these locations. Currently, I have to put all the tokens on the token layer, and then when we try and draw or mess around with stuff on the token layer, we inevitable move the objects around and I have to refer to a screenshot to get everything pixel-perfect again. Please add a seperate checkbox to allow players to see a token's name from the map layer, in addition to the one for seeing the name on the token layer.
