Turn off Gm ability to post as a PC for specific characters?

I'm just wondering if there's a way to disable the ability to as Gm, post as the players? When Gming I have separate chars I switch to depending on the NPC, and at times I accidentally select one of the PC's and wind up posting as them instead of the NPC I intended (which can be a real frustration during negotiations and such with NPC's) Some way to turn it off so I can only post as NPC's would be ideal (and perhaps enable a PC or two when it's necessary to NPC's them during player absence.) Any help would be most appreciated. :)

Silveressa, sorry to tell you but the ability to as GM can not be disabled unless you resign in as a player. As a GM instead of using the as is box, you can type in /emas "NPC name" action or /as "NPC name" description and it would show up in the chat as an emote or a post for that npc. An example: /emas "Toro" runs down the hall while shooting his gun behind him or /as "Toro" "Sit down and let's talk" would show up as Toro runs down the hall while shooting his gun behind him or Toro: "Sit down and let's talk" More info about GM chat commands: https://wiki.roll20.net/Text_Chat#GM_Exclusive_Chat_Commands
Thanks for the work around and link. :)
