Old players allowed, new player not found

So i am hosting a game, and couple people from the first week never made. I removed them from the campaign.  The 2 players removed are Warduke, and Mark S. I invite people to fill in spots, and got them set up with everything they need, but when setting permissions on the journal the people from week 1 are there, and the new person is not.  Warduke and Mark S. are here But Michael L. is not. So i am unable to set permissions at all for the guy, and the game is in a few hours.please help.
For further information I am on Windows 7 using Chrome, and the problem replicates 100% of the time

Has the new guy been in the game board? He wont show until he enters the board itself. Did you kick the old players on the detail page? Just kicking from the map area doesn't remove them. If you already did then I haven't a clue and a mod will need to help you.

Pretty much what Metroknight said. If those two suggestions fail to help you, let us know.
No i removed them from the home page. The guy was on the map once to roll up a character, but he switched emails. So maybe that will help I will try that and give you feedback

Switching emails shouldn't affect anything (mods or dev will correct me if I'm wrong) unless he changed accounts itself on roll20 aka logged in under a different account. The mods and devs will know more than a simple user like me.
game starting in 30 mins I will see if the problem persists
The character got permissions after logging in. Still cant seem to get rid of the other players though

Just to double check with you Robert, but are you the original creator for this campaign? If you are, I think something isn't working quite right in regards to booting the unwanted players.
Yes I am the creator

Robert, could you send me a game invite and promote me to GM? That way I can see if the permissions are stuck on my end as well?
well for some reason my campaign is gone. It was here last night, and now it isnt. I also got a message that I will link you before I got this notice, and I have no idea what whats going on with it.

Robert. Your campaign is likely "gone", because it looks like you have two Roll20 accounts. Note that there's a "Robert L" and a "Robert Ling" posting here in this thread. I suspect your campaign is linked to the "Robert L" account. Edit: Confirmed that with the Devs. Going through Google+ sometimes creates a secondary Roll20 account using your G+ credentials when you join a Roll20 Hangout and your browser doesn't remember your login from our native website. It's suppose to help brand new players quickly get into their first Roll20 game without having to go through the trouble of being rerouted to our website to create an account.
I see. Hopefully it will up and running by wednesday. Thank you for the prompt support guys. Dropping in a sub as soon as i get the money for it
okay so the campaign is linked to the Robert L. account, and it is still there. I just had to log out and back in, Do you need me to delete an account? i only made the one, or is it strictly on your end where that will be handled?

Actually. Do you have anything you need saving on the Robert Ling account?
no I dont. I am just unsure if it will just duplicate again if I log in via google +

I logged into the campaign and noticed that Warduke and Mark S. are still available from the available players drop down list. I'll see if the Devs can figure out what's happening here.
thanks Kristin
I have disabled your "Robert Ling" account, and set your Robert L. account to be linked to your G+ account, so you shouldn't have any further issues in that regard. Regarding the players showing up, currently when you kick a player from a campaign, it just removes their permission to access the campaign itself, and removes their access to view the "outside the app" stuff (e.g. forums, etc.). However, their "Player" is still a part of your Campaign to keep it from breaking things. So they can't actually access the Campaign, and they can't get in the game anymore, but they do still show up in the Campaign drop-downs etc. At one point I think we had it removing them from the in-game dropdowns as well but it was causing campaigns to break. I will look into that further. But at any rate, that's what's going on.
Thanks very much. For all the support. You guys are one of the best Dev./Mod. teams I have ever seen. Thanks again for clairifying.
