I would like to know if there is a way to save all of the assets in a map and save it as one image file so I can use that instead of a map made of many assets
Not directly within Roll20. You have 2 options: Screen shots at 100% that you reassemble in an exterior art program. Download assets you have purchased from the marketplace and build the map in an external editor.
