[EotE] Tab in sheet are blank ovals

On the screenshot shown when choosing the Character Sheet Template, there are tabs, for example: Character, Skills, Talents, etc. On our sheets, we just get blank ovals.  It took us a while to figure out that they were for navigation to different pages. They've always (many months) been like this for us, in both Chrome and Firefox, and on multiple computers. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, but just on firefox, chrome works fine. 

Keeping in mind that "under the hood" the tabs are really HTML radio buttons, I would guess the CSS is only being partially applied. The ovals are the radio buttons, just stretched and distorted. The CSS for sizing them is being applied, but the tab is not being displayed. I don't know if that's in the HTML or the CSS. Sorry I don't know enough to help more.
