LGBTQ friendly group?

first, there are a couple other topics about this. hey're all very old, and i don't believe in necromancy. k, cool, that's out of the way. so, basically, i have for a while, as i think many people do, just searched through the games register for systems that i'm interested in, checked to see if the description has a minimal number of typos, and dived right in. unfortunately, that's been... problematic. i've joined three games, and on each occasion found that even if the gm is a total rad and cool person, at least one of the players took exception -- in one case to the degree that i imagine they would've been actually violent in person -- to my choice of pronouns and just general identity. i am desperate for a game, but understandably i think i've become a little bit gunshy. are there existing groups or individual folks on roll20 who aren't, well, kinda awful in this respect? i imagine that they are, but i can't open myself up to that kind of pain just for a roll of the dice, hoping that this time things will be alright. help, please?

[[as my profile says, i love call of cthulhu, shadowrun, traveller, any fate, apocalypse world, or burning wheel system, and all sorts of less common good times, if that matters to anyone]]
You would be welcome at our tables as we don't tolerate any of those sorts of shenanigans.  Unfortunately we play D&D 4e.  Wish you the best of luck and hope the trend of douchebaggery swings the other way. I ran a campaign recently, that fell apart for completely unrelated issues, that involved 2 trans people.  After I got the pronouns sorted it caused no problems what-so-ever.
Would you be up for a Sat Evening Pathfinder game?
I have had no problem playing under a transgender person.  I have one Cypher game that needs two more people and I am working on another.  The existing one meets on Saturdays at 3PM Eastern.
I run an Iron Kingdoms game, and a Cthulhu-tech game.  My current group does not seem to have an issue with various genders and orientations, and I try to keep the game friendly for...well, people who are jerks.  "Don't be an jack**** " is my number one rule.  We also keep the games pretty PG-13, so bedroom details don't come up. While I don't know the orientation of all of my players- we're here to kill monsters, not check one who prefers what- those I do know are straight.  Its never been a qualifier or restriction in my games.  For our games, it never mattered; since it doesn't matter, I never ask.   I did have one player for a short time whose character was gay (according to the history he gave me). He was a fun player but sadly he left the game/disappeared, likely due what one of the other players (who is no longer in my group) was mouthing off about.  I haven't been about to contact him again to tell him about the roster changed, and there was still a seat for him if he wanted it.
thanks for the encouraging words, sorry that none of the groups work for me on a scheduling level. keep being awesome <3
What do your preferred play times look like?

mondays, tuesdays, fridays, 7pm to whenever, sundays any time. cst (gmt - 6)  i can sometimes make wednesdays and thursdays work, saturdays are always a no go.
If there is one thing I have learnt through wading through piles of "problems" is that you never find what you are after, by looking for what you are not. You will have a lot more ease if you tell everyone the kind of players you are really after. Ether way good luck with the game search. PS: If you're ever looking for a very high level of role play let me know, I might have a game.

Rook, I have plans ot run The Strange about that time, if you wish you can be my first player for this game. I am a gm LGBT friendly and I like make my players feel comfortable on my games
hey there Rook!  i'm glad that i'm not the only one that's had those sorts of experiences.  if you find a group that has room for another, i'm certainly game and looking.
