LFP - Mutants & Masterminds 3E

Looking for 2 or 3 players for M&M 3e. Game will be played weekly on Mondays at 2pm UTC+11.  Mutants and Masterminds 3e. PL10 game in a dark modern setting. I will discuss the setting with the players to decide the details of the setting. Players wishing to join should post a character concept and a short backstory if possible. Death is a possibility in this campaign. "The wars are over, why the hell do we even need these god damn 'superheroes' anyway?" The people are afraid of the masked men, the ones who proclaim themselves as judge, jury and executioner. Protests continue worldwide for the governments to do something about these unbound heroes, who take it upon themselves to deal with the criminals of the world. The people at the head of these protests insist that any power corrupts, and that it won't take much for hero to turn villain. Is there still good in the world? Is there still a due-process?
Would a couple of hundred years old immortal fit into your world?  I am not sure if the scedule would work or not, but there is a character I have been wanting to play again.
I can accept that with a good enough backstory. I can change the time an hour or so one way or another but thats about it.
If there is a public LFP, then please post a link so that I can see what time it would be for me. The basic of the backstory is that he was a supervilain of sorts until he basically got got bored with it.  He was hung for highway robbery, but manged to will his way from the underworld.  Through a contest of will he got back his body from the Necromancer who had animated it.  He even got the necro to teach him some spells to enhance his body.  In addition he has the meta power of Grave Goods.  This means that he can create magic items that interact with the dead.  He can also interact with ghosts.  His pistol and horse are also grave good which are bound to his soul.
