Infinite Game Loading

I'm attempting to load into my game on my surface for the first time, and I'm not logged on my desktop. The game board remains black and the advertisement saying "Loading" has been up for almost ten minutes now. Is there a problem with the Roll20 site or is this local?
Be sure your adblocker is off. It only affects it sometimes, but it does make a difference.

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information to further assist you.
I'll have time to do those four steps Monday. Right now I'm not going to spend much time as I'm working this weekend.
After reinstalling my windows I have encountered the same issue. The black load screen freezes after the 10 second countdown, and nothing happens. As for the 4 step troubleshooting guide, I'm currently trying to launch a Roll20 Campaign using a clean install of Windows and Chrome, with no Antivirus software. Anyone?
On Saturday afternoon/evening, we experienced some unexpected downtime. Our developer Riley has summarized these events in a new thread - if you feel you have any further questions, please visit the thread linked above. Our apologies for the negative outcome the extended downtime had on some of our users - we truly appreciate your continued feedback and support as we continue to grow Roll20.
