embed pregenerated character sheets in Roll20?

I can't seem to wrap my head around a way to have a pdf, xps, or even an imported char sheet from DDI, loaded into the whiteboard/table top.  my character sheets are running about 15mb in xps format.  basically i'd like for each PC's character sheet to be viewable should anyone desire to look.   any ideas? 

At this time we do not supposed embeded character sheets. Perhaps you can post a suggestion about this topic (although, I think it has been suggested before, you might want to search the threads).  With that said, we do allow you to post links to other websites in the journals and such. You could use a graphics program like Photoshop or GIMP (free) and convert the PDF to a graphics format, and shrink the size down a little (experiment with Image Size to make sure it's still readable at 100%).  Convert PDF to something, ideally PNG or GIF would work with a reduced number of colors (black and white or a greyscale range), and display this as a Handout in Roll 20 like usual. It would not be an editable char sheet and the text can become unreadable when you convert it but if you get the right graphics settings you can make it a graphic file much smaller than 15MB probably around 700kb to 1MB for a side of paper.

You can drop a pdf into the journals also but you have to be careful about it. Most pdfs that are a standard portrait form will work (I think) but as Gold pointed out converting the pdf to a jpg or png works good. Oh it is also a single page style also that means if you have 2+ pages it will only take one of them and usually it is the first page.

Thanks for the help gentlemen! &nbsp;i will definitely check out some of those options. As of right now i have hyperlinked &nbsp;(under char info for each char) their transcribed character using&nbsp; <a href="http://iplay4e.appspot.com" rel="nofollow">http://iplay4e.appspot.com</a> &nbsp;which is good just was hoping there was system long time users have used. &nbsp;I think i will be hosting google hangouts so the google drive may definitely be a viable options. &nbsp; i'd love to just incorporate the sheets as handouts but starting a campaign at 1st level with changes being made every other session i am afraid that it'd be to labor intensive to be practical. &nbsp;I am really torn between using rpgtableonline just because it alows importing of characters and monsters straight from WoTC. &nbsp; however i really love how you can import ANY image ANY map on roll20. &nbsp;So, i've played with both. i just need to figure out the best solution so every player can look at their character sheet and i can look at it too, with 4e being so "rule" intensive it kind of requires both-way legibility.&nbsp; Anyways thanks again for all the tips. &nbsp;i'll repost when i've got it all hashed out for continuity.&nbsp;

How I use character sheets is that I only put in the active information I need into the Roll20 character sheet. Then I use an external character sheet such as Mythweavers for the more detailed information. - Gauss

Steve, &nbsp;&nbsp; Solution: Your google drive idea saved the day.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I found an XPS to PDF converter that allowed me to shrink those massive file size down from 15mb to 2.5 mb.&nbsp;&nbsp; So i can now post all my players characters sheets in the google drive so accessing&nbsp;them is just a click away.&nbsp; So we'll be running the campaign inside of google hangouts;&nbsp; now to figureo out how to make a "push to talk solution"&nbsp;, haha never ends.&nbsp; but thanks again on your advice.&nbsp; -Ken
