Do Marketplace modules have Dynamic Lighting/Line of Sight set up?

Hi, I've looked through the forums but couldn't find an answer. And the info on the purchase screen for maps and modules in the Roll20 Marketplace is usally way too minimal.  Many of the modules don't even include any thumbnails of what's inside, much less provide specific information! What I'm looking for are complete, ready-to-play fantasy maps, preferably of cities/towns but also of natural environs, with the dynamic lighting layer finished and included. I don't just want a plain vanilla PDF -- I already have plenty of those. Like I said, though, none of the maps and modules on the Roll20 Marketplace specify whether they include this stuff.  Soo... do they? If some do, I'd appreciate links! Thanks! Eugene

I spoke to the devs and they assured me that there are modules that have dynamic lighting but there is no list that states what module has Dynamic lighting. Are there specific modules you are inquiring about? If you can give me their names I can pass the information along to the devs for them to ask the creator and get you the needed information.

Thanks for the reply. I had no specific modules in mind, largely because very few of them provide enough info for me to be able to tell whether they're something I'd want to buy or not. I suppose the "Journey to the Red Keep" from NewFire Publishing and the several "Adventure Quarterly" options from Rite Publishing look interesting.  There's not many, to be honest. If you are speaking to the devs about this, here's a question from me: how come we can get clear and informative thumbnails on maps and tokens, but nothing at all on modules? Even the brief text description is often largely uninformative and the image will often simply be the 'cover' of the module.   I am hesitant to drop $10 on an unknown product from an unknown producer. Thanks again for your help! All best, Eugene

I will pass your questions, information on the specific modules, and concerns on to the devs.
Thanks again Pat!
Hi  Eugene - the  Journey to the Red Keep & the  Adventure Quarterly series do have Dynamic Lighting! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are going to work to improve those descriptions to make it easier for folks in the future. The other modules that contain Dynamic Lighting are  The Strange: The Dark Spiral ,  The Goblin Undertaking ,  Heroes of Belfum ,  The Sword of Morn ,  Sins of the Paladin ,  The Breaking of Forstor Nagar , &  A0: Crow's Rest Island . Have fun!
Thanks so much Avacyn! I appreciate the info (I'll be purchasing a few of these soon, I'd imagine, because of this!).  And I'm glad to hear about the plans for improvement!  And let me just say that Roll20 is an amazing community providing an absolutely wonderful experience.  I've already gotten so much out of it in the few short months I've been around!  Keep up the good work folks! Best, Eugene
