LFG - Inexperience Requiem ST seeking equally inexperienced small group - US Central Time (-6:00 GMT)

Since I'm not a fan of massive walls of text to a blanket audience, for the time being, I will leave this post rather short and to the simplest of points.  I am a Vampire the Masquerade player looking to branch into some of the new material from Requiem. I have been sitting on V:tR for a while now, and never put it to any use. I am hoping to find two to three players with passing familiarity to branch into a small chronicle set in New Orleans, a city both close to home and heart.  If anyone is interested in this, please feel free to message me here, or send me a PM if you're really excited and want to reach me before I check back in a few hours for an update.  Looking forward to hearing from you all soon.
Just a little refreshing bump to the top of the list. No luck in locating anyone interested in a Requiem game last night. Hoping that there may be some more interest during the day while the monsters are asleep.
I am interested. Tell me which edition are you willing to run and time period (is it modern, ancient or what) and whic weekdays are you planning to run
Hello Eavatar,  I apologize for not mentioning the edition in my previous post. I am looking at running the 1st edition. A couple of the updates seemed a bit out of place to me, and I personally will be leaning away from it.  So, first edition Requiem is a strong confirm. As for the time period, I am running New Orleans, which was founded by the French Mississippi Company in 1718. I am open to running a younger New Orleans, but I am leaning towards a modern story set in a New Orleans dripping with worse income disparity, drug addiction, corruption, and murder.
Count me in as potentially intrigued.  I actually live in NOLA now.  Like George, I'm a long-time Masquerade person, so Requiem would be quite new to me.  I have it lying around here, but it's not something I know a ton about.  White Wolf's rules have traditionally been kind of annoying, but the best White Wolf games have traditionally had a sort of light touch towards the rules anyway.   Please shoot me a PM if that sounds like it might work for you.  I'd love to talk more about what would make an interesting Chronicle and characters, etc.  I always liked the political angle of Masquerade, so that'd be a big appeal for the game to me.
Count me in. I am asking because I am a nWOD veteran and I never found a good VtR storyteller. I am okay with both time periods. I just asked about the time period just to plan my character better.
