Campaign page will not load image

Im trying to load an image for my campaign but its stuck on the blue loading bar. ive used the browsers safari, chrome and mozilla but all don't load at all.. please help

What type of image are you trying to load? If it is not a jpg or a png format, please resave (or export) it to one of those formats. As your subscription is a free account, you also must be sure you are not exceeding your size limit (it is a limit of 5 MB per image upload) and it has be noticed that if you are trying to upload an image that is close to that limit, it will not upload. More information about  image practices on the wiki. If none of this is the problem, we can start going through the basic troubleshooting guide. Please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
FYI <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> most shard servers have been having issues all day as well as the main server.
Hi&nbsp; Joel M - are you still having trouble getting in? As&nbsp; Scott H. mentioned we did have trouble yesterday, but all should be well now. Please let us know if your issue is resolved so we can close this thread. Thanks!

Sorry haven't been to my email in a while or i would have replied. the image is a .jpg and is 279 kb on disk. I reformatted it to a png and that has slightly increased the file size but it still will not load the image. Also ad-ons and extensions were disabled and still no go
