Spacehopper has it right. The info you're looking for is on that page. Be advised that you'll need to use the mobile version of the Chrome browser on android devices. It's mentioned on the page, but I wanted to call particular attention to that fact since some of our users have had problems when they tried to use other browsers. :)
I use a smartphone at times and have mostly good success with it. Are you using the latest Chrome on it? I have an LG optimus showtime through straighttalk and I check and post on my pbp game with it when I'm in school or at work where I don't have access to my laptop.
I have a galaxy s3, with the latest version of chrome, it works as well as my tab. Some tools aren't fully functional (there's thread in the bug forum), but for the most part, it's good as a player.
