Art library search not working/slow

I have tried restarting, relogging, clearing caches, removing addons. Nothing works.  When I try to search in the art library for keywords, it either dosent work or it takes over 5 minutes per search.  My internet is working fine otherwise. Any help? 

Actually having the same issue right now. Assuming it must be some kind of server issue.

It appears to be slow now, but at least working again.

How long does it take for you? I'm still not seeing an improvement on my end.

I may have spoke too soon. I was getting no results at all, then results in about 30 seconds, and now I'm back to no results.

I get results from my existing library (starred or uploaded items) but not from "built-in items" or the web. Using Chrome on Windows.

Same here, my library loads instantly and occasionally 'web' search works fine but in the last several weeks I'm lucky to get a response from the 'built-in item search'. I've resorted to downloading purchased assets and uploading them as my own so they'll at least show up. Course this takes up precious storage space, though I'm a subscriber so I have a fair amount (and I'm happy to support this otherwise awesome app). Search system has always been a bit flaky and I've tried steps 1-3 repeatedly. Sometimes it works for a little while, sometimes it doesn't at all. It's a major pain in the butt as a GM though.

New here - do they generally fix these sorts of things?  Or not so much?   Trying to decide if this place is worth investing effort and money in?

I've been using the site for 2 years or so (only been running a campaign for 1 year though) and this is the first time I've encountered this happening. Other than very small issues like this, it's a great website.

Is this happening for all searches, or just some key words you could provide as an example? What are your OS and Browser?

Seems to be a server load issue? I had it last week also around this time on friday also. And getting it now too. My Art library loads fine for anything i personally uploaded as a result..but nothing else. And its for anything I search for. I've tried "bot", 'thief", "wizard", "car", "orc" and even "goblin" since I know it returns tons of results they all just return: Looking in built-in items... Looking on the web... I'm using windows 10 pro 64bit, tried both chrome and firefox. Also remoted into my server 2003 box and tried it there with both, same thing.

Seems to be all searches. I'm using Chrome and Windows 8.1

And if you leave it to search for a long time does it ever return or does is spin for minutes and minutes?

It's been spinning since I made that post above to copy the text, so 11 minutes or so?

Since posting in here, mine has worked twice - once instantly (the next search I did went right back to spinning forever) and once after about 15 minutes. Other than that they've been spinning forever or until I've gotten annoyed and deleted the search.

We've done some work on the back end to try and resolve the problem. Let us know if you're still having issues.

Windows 10 64 bit, Chrome 47.0.2526.73 m, has been spinning for more than an hour at a time when i've just left it. I had a web search work once about an hour and a half ago, but no sign of built-in items. Have tried multiple searches for "dungeon" "castle" "keep" "tile" and others along those lines with the search drop down set between either Maps,Tiles, Etc. and Everything. Edit: And between trying and turning up nothing, making this post, and then trying again, it seems to be working now? Edit 2: Tried a few more searches and its hit or miss whether or not it works, but so far seems okay if I just keep trying when nothing happens.

I'm still having this issue. Sometimes it works, but often it pulls up nothing, or loads forever.

Same here too still, redid a few searches and let it sit a couple minutes on each, nothing on any of them other than its 'searching'. Now it seems to be working quickly right after I said that.

Yep, back to searching endlessly again for me. Should have just loaded all the assets I needed and tossed them on a map while it was working.

Yep...still an issue.

Spinning on the token search 'Drow' for about 25m now. Steps 1-3 have no effect. Win 7 64bit, Chrome (Latest)

I'm having the same issue as well. Problem is appearing within Chrome/Waterfox for me, but if I switch to Internet Explorer, it seems to behave fine. Edit: Scratch that, IE just exhibited the same issue... If I swap between Chrome/IE I seem to be able to perform searches in a timely manner...

I'll throw my hat in here...I'm having the same issues.  Search for various items simply pulls up the "Looking" icon. Same issue on both Firefox and Chrome.

Yeah, I also just encountered this problem on chrome. Been searching for a grass tile for at least 14 minutes now.
