LFP Burning Wheel one shot (Twilight in the Duchy Verdorben) - Friday evening, or Saturday (AEDT - Australia)

Hi All, I've just recently received the Burning Wheel Gold Edition and I'm keen to run a game. Before I run a campaign I would like to run a one shot adventure, the Twilight in the Duchy Verdorben sample adventure, so that I can gain so comfort with the system. The adventure comes with a number of pregen characters, while there are 6 characters I'm going to limit the slots to 4 PCs as I would like to keep the group on the smaller side. I have no experience running Burning Wheel, my GMing experience has been with FFG Dark Heresy 1E, D&D 5E, FFG Star Wars Edge of the Empire. My style tends towards theatre of mind before grids and maps, and I really like to take input from PCs with regard to the story and scene building. Send me a PM if you are interested in playing.
Dude let me warn you now burning wheel is a long and complex game. Sure it's nice, simple and fun at the beginning but believe me it gets a lot bigger and a lot scarier as time goes on. I've had more than one game in which the GM has had to stop and quit because they simply couldn't handle the load. And I'm not saying just memorizing things, keeping things running smoothly and keeping the players in line, I'm talking about simply having the energy to do it.
Kobolum, Yeah, I hear you on that, GMing does often require a more significant effort beyond that of other players. This is my main reasoning behind selecting the "Twilight in the Duchy Verdorben" series as a starting point. It may not let BW shine to it's fullest but will give myself and the players a focused framework within which to play. I am hoping that the focused approach will allow for a concise BW experience without having to make the fullest investment; getting one's feet wet first before diving in at the deep end. At the moment I have no real plans to grow this adventure arc into a larger campaign. I have come to the conclusion that aiming for good free-standing short story is better than aiming for a grandiose campaign, so that all players, myself included, get good climatic closures. It's always possible to weave it together into a longer progression if so desired. Thanks for input, your comment is very apropos to the nature of BW.
I have created a game listing with some details about the adventure and the available characters. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/36469/twilight-...

I have updated the game list to reflect a more flexible start time. I should be able to start from any time between the listed start time and 12 hours after.
