Saturday night 12/5 Audio/Video Issues on East Coast

Sorry, I just got to post this now. My group plays across North America, and Roll20 is awesome! We usually have no issues (and have played this campaign on Roll20 for almost 2 years), but yesterday night was weird. Our players in metro DC, metro Philly, and Lancaster, PA (2 hours west of Philly) could not get their audio/video to receive the other players. However, our players in Saskatchewan, Columbus, OH and Seattle had everything working fine. No matter how many reboots, updates to Chrome, etc., the tabletop would load with no video/audio. Then, toggling to "Nothing" and back to "Video & Voice" for the Transmit setting would turn on the camera on the local PC but toggling the Receive setting did nothing. We finally gave up and used Skype for a group video call. Can you look into this and see if something was up Friday night? Literally, this is the only time we've seen this, and we could not figure out a common pattern (no correlation of OS or browser with PC's that did/did not work).
We're hearing reports from some folks that the built-in A/V (the WebRTC/Tokbox one) is suddenly not working. We're trying to figure out exactly what's going on here and it helps to have it all consolidated into one place. Please head to this forum thread and share the information requested to help, thanks!
