New problems after "stuck in loading screen" solution

Yesterday I got my issue with the loading screen solved, but now I got two new problems: I can't use the video-sound chat (I don't see the others or me as an "grey avatar", and I can listen them or talk) Also, one of my players couldn't log in the website, so he had done another acount (with the same e-mail adress), could be this an error?

Could you explain your video/audio chat problems in a little more detail, Fran?
It's like the video/audio system didn't work (I enter in the game, and I don't see our avatars as "grey avatar" (the avatar by default if you don't have a cam), I see our custom avatars. And of course, I can't hear them or talk to them.

Did you double check in the Settings tab of the side bar that you have Video + Voice set to "Video & Voice" under "I want to Broadcast to others:" as well as "I want to Receive from others:"?
Yes, I did twice and tried just "voice" (because we don't use cams) and also "video+voice" in both "transmit" and "receive"

Did TokBox, what we use for video/voice chat in Roll20, work before you had the problems regarding loading your campaign? When someone else joins the campaign, are you still getting the popup window that asks you for permission for receiving/transmitting voice?
Yes, TokBox worked always fine to me before I got the problems with the loading screen I don't get the flash window that asks me for permission, it's like the TokBox doesn't try to work

Two things, Fran. When you try playing again, could you bring up the developer console by Control - Shift - J (Command - Option - J on MAC) and get us a log of what's happening when TokBox fails to start up. And if all else fails, Google Hangouts might be your best shot.
I will try this Thursday, thank you!
What information do you exactly need? There is a lot of stuff there o.o!
What information do you exactly need? There is a lot of stuff there o.o! Basically any of the lines in the "Console" section that deal with OpenTok would be a useful jumping off point. We can sift through there looking for errors.
There is A LOT of stuff, I attach all the info onto a txt file, I don't know if this is all you need o.o
btw, I heard that my problem can be related to an googletalkpuglin.exe issue, I don't know if this info can help
Just wanted to say that my problem was solved thanks to this post: http://community.roll20.net/discussion/397/videovoice-chat-tokbox-problems-check-here/p1 If someone is reading this discussion, should go there and find a solution. My solution was at first pass the tokbox scan (changing the quantity of memory that I allowed to store in my computer) and disabling the chrome flash version (letting just the OS flash). Hope it helps! This discussion should be closed, btw :)

I'm glad that did the trick for you.
