I'm looking for a group of 2-4 players to set up a couple of
games on the Shadow of the Demon Lord system. I haven’t had the chance to play
it much in person, but I'm well acquaintance with the system, which should
help us avoid any sort of confusion as we play.
Shadow of the Demon Lord is something
of a dark, horror, fantasy that tends to be on the graphic side. Myself, I’m
good with describing intense violence, sexual content or other such material
that could be considered obscene. However, I understand that not everyone is
confortable with such things been discussed in games, thus, I encourage players
to facilitate me with specific topics that trigger them. We are all here to
have fun, not make each other uncomfortable.
As for story, I’m a firm believer
that I should work on my initial set up after the players had a chance to go on
a session 0 where they solely create their characters in collaboration with the
other players. Once that is done, I’ll create the initial plot around the
concepts the players present to our group.
Lastly, bear in mind that although I
like combat as much as the next guy, my games are oriented towards social
scenarios and character drama. I know this is not everyone’s cup of tea, which
is why I’m warning you before hand. If you have any questions, let me know.
