TEXT ONLY GAME These are dark times. People do not dare to enter the streets of cities at night for fear of just disappearing or coming back home changed, different, mosntrous. Starting in the dark ages of the early medieval times a crusade has been called upon to vanquish the barbarian heretics that plague transilvania and prague with raids and worse. But just when the crusade put together from templars, johaniters and commoners reaches transilvania its leader is befell by a strange sickness....he looses his strength and grows paler each night. Then on the third night strange noises can be heard from his tent and at that moment a barbarian horde storms the crusaders camp. The fight is the last thing you remember before you come to your senses in a praguan hospice....alone but for a handful comrades. The campaign is set to start in the dark medieval ages and then follow the characters attempt to uncover what is really happening and stop a great evil from awakening anew, which will even lead them into the modern times New York. The campaign is a pretty long one (and is a campaign based on the computer game vampire the masquerade: redemption) and though it starts in medieval times it will later have a time jump to the modern days. Splats: All are possible although werewolf and vampire and to a lesser extent demons and geists are favored due to the nature and setting of the game. The game will be held every 1-2 weeks although it can be that the day switches a few times (depending on if everyone has time). Storywise I'm always trying to balance things out between rp and combat. Furthermore my games progress a bit slowly as I try to give players time to react with their chars to scenes and situations which consumes quite some time normally. Also I tend to play things like haggling for prices out and then roll dices (with modifiers according to the words the players choose) instead of just rolling dices. --------------------------- What I'm looking for sizewise will be 2, maximum of 3 players as that allows for the best flexibility in terms of concentrating on a characters story at times and putting that in or conentrating on furthering the campaign story itself.  Day: Planed is: Fridays at 6:30 gmt+1, and/or saturdays/sundays at 2 pm gmt +1 ( alternating)        In New york time it is 10:30 fridays, or saturdays/sundays 8 am  Also please note that this is a text only game and also an NWOD (2.0) game. I'd be up for it, and I quite like text-based games, because they allow for a much more narrative experience. I don't know the plot of that particular game, but so long as you don't shove a storyline down players throats, I could see this working quite well.
