Ishy, what is your operating system and browser you use? If you use chrome or firefox you should be able to join any group that invites you. Just trying to understand why you stated your devices (what type of devices) doesn't run roll20.

Mobile devices (tablets/phones) won't run the tabletop in browser unless you're a subscriber. But you should still be able to access it from your desktop. The iOS/Android app isn't available for all devices, and doesn't have access to the map (just the journal and chat).
Well that isn't entirely true Brian, the native factory browser doesn't work, but my flash playerbrowser however, does in fact work decently well and the tutorial loaded up rather nicely on my ohone screen...as for my os, I have a samsung galaxy centura running adroid 4.0.4 kitkat, with standard browser, but have downloaded an aditional browser to run flash games and other components....just figured i'd say, for us who don't have the cash to drop on laptops or really good tablets, there are alternatives to help us get some enjoyment and the abiliy to use websites that require flash...Oh and Brian, the flash browser isn't buggy at all with this site, so tell the roll 20 team that they've done a great job on the net code for the site

Roll20 is intended to be used on laptops and desktops with Chrome or Firefox as the webbrowser.  The Roll20 companion for Android and iPhone is an accessory for viewing character sheets/chat.  Any other use is unsupported and possibly miraculous.
well i can say my flash browser actually loaded up the tutorial when my default phone browser would not

If not, there is currently no support for such. This is completely understandable, as to ensure that Roll20 works on every device and browser, the development staff would need to invest in all the latest tech, as well as have a larger staff to maintain testing and such.
Hi  Ishy - since your post is seeking help with using our site on an unsupported device, I am going to close this thread. If you have issues using Roll20.net on your computer or our App on Tablets, you are welcome to open a new thread.
