[GM] Central TZ, Custom game world played with Iron Kingdoms rules (New players welcome! Simple system to learn), Saturdays

Hello! My name is Zack, I am 22 years old and a five year GM. As of recently I have been getting really into the Iron Kingdoms rule set/character creation, however, I do not know the Warmachine world all that well and I feel that if I attempted to represent that world I would do so poorly, thus we have this. I've dubbed this campaign "Black Voyage." First off, the system. I've noticed the LFG search system that almost no one is playing Iron Kingdoms, which has also resulted in nearly no one finding my topic. Iron Kingdoms is a very simple system with great character creation. The system generally works off of 2D6 plus any bonuses you have. It's that simple. The character creation is one of my favorite parts, sporting tons of classes and you get to start with two of them at the beginning, meaning you can combine a combat class with a utility class or similar. Compared to most other rule sets such as Shadowrun or DnD Iron Kingdoms is made to go quickly - rarely ever will there be tons of time spent reading rules because someone doesn't know what to do. The world setting: Black Voyage will take place in a world overcome by darkness and black magic. The world is mostly devoid of 'good' people, and most towns are just gathering points for cults. Survival will be difficult in this poisoned world. The characters will awaken in a cemetery, seemingly brought back to life by some extremely powerful necromancer who vanishes before you can question him. Most of your past life erased from your mind, you'll be forced with discovering the world, trying to discover who this necromancer is and why he brought you back, and potentially the most important question.. What are the strange seals covering your body? This campaign will test your wits. Will the party strive to do what is right and restore light to the world, or will they fall into the same evil path as all others? This is your second chance at life, use it wisely. About the GM! I like to think of myself as a light hearted GM. I believe roleplays are for fun, for experimenting with your character designs, and as such shouldn't be anything but enjoyable. While my ideas are serious and the game world is, I as a person am not. I am also a bit old fashioned in that I dislike using fancy maps and macros. Players are welcome to create maps as I describe things (I'll create multiple pages as well if the players request it) and to use their own macros as they wish. I am an English major, so trust me when I say I'm pretty decent at describing your surroundings and keeping you in the right direction. I use Skype as a primary means of communication both during the game and outside. You can contact me any time (I am always on Do not disturb, so don't take that literally) on my Skype, which is Zamorak789. I have a small process for determining if someone is fit for my play group or not and once you pass that you'll be given the link to the campaign and we will get your character set up.
What time on Saturday would this end up being?
Snorp said: What time on Saturday would this end up being? That is open to discussion as I am available all day. Currently it is set at 1:30 PM on the LFG posting, but as I said it's open to discussion among party members as I am available basically from 10AM until 2AM the next day. This is all central time zone.
