This has actually been an on-going issue for me during the past few months. My issue is basically the same as many people described in this thread . When I say that it's an on-going issue, I mean that it happens on and off and there doesn't seem to be any common variable when it does happen...at least not on my end. I have had countless of instances of this when searching for images. Usually when I search for something and it's in my library, that does come up (not always though) but the wheels keep spinning for the other two locations: Looking in built-in items... Looking on the web. My OS is Win 7 64 bit and I'm using Chrome for my browser. By the way, when this happens, my internet works just fine for everything else. Thanks for your time!
