The Town Hall Operator: Rhialla The outside of the building is currently under construction. The building itself appears to be large, though practical with individual offices and a large gathering space for people to congregate and grievances to be aired. Within, Rhialla sits in an open office, with her three attendants musing about doing odd-jobs and different tasks about the place. There's a chalk-board placed up with a list of names: From the top down, businesses have made their mark upon it, the hopeful job board used to help prospective employers find employees from those arriving in town, and helping to coordinate work. Inside the offices, Rhialla stands ready to direct work-flow, manage the needs of the people, and set the city off on a bustling route.
