LFP One-Shot using Microlite20 rules

Hey fellow gamers, I am looking to run the "Hollow's Last Hope" a module designed for 3.5 D&D and Pathfinder. I want to attempt to run this using Microlite20 purest essence rules. For those not familiar with Microlite20, it is basically a rules light system designed around 3.5. It is intended to take advantage of all the material out there for the 3.5 system, but with a much smaller rules set. It is also free to download. This is a one-shot game, and depending on how it works could turn into a longer running game. It is tentatively scheduled for 5 pm pacific time next Saturday (Jan. 2nd). This is a text only game. No video or voice. Text only! Also, I am especially interested in brand new gamers. There are a few other things I am asking everyone to consider before posting interest. Those things are posted in the LFG listing for the game ( LFG Listing ). Please check it and post or PM me if interested. In the past week, numerous residents of Falcon’s Hollow have fallen ill, each suffering from the same hacking affliction. Local remedies prove as useless as prayers at the Church of Iomedae, goddess of valor, justice, and honor, and already at least one town elder has been claimed by the wheezing death. Fortunately for Falcon’s Hollow, a canny local herbalist named Laurel has traced the source of the malady to Brookman’s well, a small spring on the edge of town, and a rare fungus called blackscour. By banning the use of the spring, the town constabulary hopes to prevent further infection, but such measures offer little respite to those already afflicted. While Laurel has attempted numerous treatments, she has been unable to cure the disease. She lacks the reagents to brew one last unusual medicine, though all the necessary elements can be found within nearby Darkmoon Vale. Thus far, though, no townsfolk have dared to venture into the wooded reaches and secure the ingredients for this potential cure. The local sheriff, constable Baleson stands in the center of town pleading with anyone to help. He has heard that the Herbalist has an idea for a cure, but needs the ingredients from the vale. He is offering a reward for any that can help to end this plague.
Not much interest so far. I wonder if it's the system or the time until the game plays? Anyway, anyone interested hit me up with a PM or something.

My guess: You fill the game in an hour if you swap to pathfinder or 5e. Players like crunchy bits. I would have loved to play, but the game is like 2am my time. Good luck.
I imagine your right, funny though, cause what I've found is that some of the rules light games actually incorporate all the bits of those more crunchy systems that people tend to use. I've played a fair share of pathfinder, and find that while it's plenty crunchy, no one really ends up using all the rules anyway. I've found that you end up using the same stuff over and over again.  I realize it's personal opinion, but all those rules just seem to make it more of a hassle in a one-shot at low level. I can see some more interest in a long running campaign where players get to experience those higher levels. Guess it's part of being an old RPer, cause I have heard many people say that rules light systems needlessly confine the type of character they can build and that they need all the options of the crunchier systems to have good variety. Must be a generational thing, cause in the old days we just used our imagination. Also, I'm toying with a different time, maybe that's part of the problem as well.
