hello everyone and happy holidays. Im a player looking for a small 5e group maybe 3-4 players including myself to start a fresh campaign. Ive been looking for a late night gaming group. Maybe start time of 10:30 EST. Every day but Saturdays work. whether its weekly, bi-weekly, one or two times a week. I normally dm a group every other sat and im looking for some play time. Im really interested in playing some of the 5e module books. Im currently running Oota with my gaming group on sat.
Bump
I'm running a Horde of the Dragon Queen starting between 9:30-11:00 EST (It's going to fluctuate a bit based on my schedule and who in the group is available when.  It's not a small group though (currently at 7 players).
Wow thats alot of players. I appreciate the time you took to awnser my request. I have to say no though. Thats a few to many for me. Again thanks
No worries.  I get that it's a big group.  I take a lot though because there's a lot of (initial) demand and I'm aware of how quickly most groups fall apart on Roll20.  My Friday night Horde game accepted 15 people, never had more than 8 show up for a game any one week (6 people never even filled out a character sheet) and now is down to 5 people (4 of whom are from the original group), after consistently adding people throughout the four months the game has run.

I cant imagine that, trying to get people to show up is hard. Seeing how everyone has their own scheduled and what not. I see alot of games have that many players. Maybe i should try and get into one of those games. Might not have that many people after all.
Yeah, that's the only reason I shared that story with you.  People often don't fully appreciate the attrition rate you can see on here and look for what would be an ideal group for a friendly game v. what makes weekly games playable when people feel no real obligation to show up or tell you that they're going to miss.   That Horde game I mentioned above started with 8 people, lost one to schedule and just lost another one because they had joined thinking it was something other than 5e.  First session is still a week out too so I'm betting I'm going to be at four or five pretty soon.
If it does becomes 4 let me know. Ive been wating to play horde of the dragon queen for a while. I just have not been able to find a late night group. Also what day were you thinking of running this game?
Hi Steve. I'm willing and wanting to play later at night too.
Hey tom are you looking for DM or play?
I am brand spanking new...so I would be more comfortable playing. That being said I do think DMing sounds like fun and would like to try that as well, just feel I may need a bit of seasoning first.
If i find a dm for a group ill let you know tom. ATM i dont have a dm.
