Improved upload functionality.

At the moment the upload system has several flaws, from worst to least annoying: Sometimes the upload simply doesn't happen, tested on multiple browsers with multiple configurations at different times. If you're unlucky, you then end up with a broken image in your library. The uploading progress bar is arbitrary at best, it fills up, then empties to about 1/3rd full, then refills, then empties to about half, then refills... Eventually it ends, but it really wasn't useful. If you want an image as a handout and as a background for a map, well, you'll have to upload it twice. More of the "drag to upload" widgets should have integration with the library. Managing the library is tedious, deleting items can take an instant, or minutes, depending on the phase of the moon apparently. I have a few suggestions on how to solve this: The best but also the hardest: Create a dropbox-like application that allows syncing. Less desirable, but still okay, would be google drive integration. Finally: Just fixing all the issues listed above without adding a better way to upload would honestly make the system much better.

Actually you don't need to upload the image twice. Once the image is uploaded, go to the Art Library in the Sidebar and search for it by filename. You can then either drag it to a new handout or drag it to your map. I re-use images like this all the time.

The issue is that opening the art library by clicking on the star, and dragging from there, doesn't work.
