Type "Arena" into text box.

The first one should be:

I drag it onto Grid and my page toolbar shows it is now the Map, but it is nowhere on the grid.

This is a bug with the CORS implementation for some images. It will be fixed in the next update. In the mean time, if you download the image yourself and then upload it manually by dragging and dropping it from your computer onto the tabletop, it should work.
