Issues in-Game

Been getting the "Your connection to the server has been interrupted" error repeatedly.  I also have very large wait times to even get in OR I get Error 400. This has been on-going for the past 2 weeks.  I have cleared out my cache, took down all my extensions and I am still getting this error.  I wanted to know if there are others experiencing this or if this is a known issue...

Window 7, chrome, Version 47.0.2526.106 m The in-game issue is only happening with the shaped sheets D&D.  it just sits there and said loading... The campaign is the Elemental Evil campaign that I have up.

I got it to work by refreshing the API.  Still large load times.

Thanks for the updates Black Falcon, there are no ongoing issues that I am aware of but the devs will be able to clarify that once the sun rises in their part of the world :) In the meantime it may be worth providing a console log to give them something to start with? Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

If this is only happening with the D&D 5E Shaped sheet that's probably because it's several times larger than the next largest sheet in terms of size and number of fields it uses. Your browser is probably straining to load in the number of characters you have with that sheet. I'd recommend using the other 5E sheet if the other one is giving you issues.

Unfortunately its not that easy.  I have hundreds of NPC and monsters that I would have to change over... I wish that there was a better way with games like 5e.  I do love his latest sheet.  Did he use the new update to help resolve the load?

I believe Kryx has started to implement sheet workers. However, I don't believe there is a ETA on when the sheet with be optimized. Converting a sheet of that size into a different background architecture is a pretty massive undertaking and so I don't expect it to be resolved quickly.

The bigger issue is the lag which looks like it is being worked on.

Are there comparable issues when accessing the game via Firefox?

All I know is in the past 2 weeks I have had more 400 internet errors and where the game just freezes then ever before.  I do know that my campaign is one of the more complex ones.

In my experience the lag is almost as bad in the original 5E sheet. I hope someone will make a simple sheet without all the calculation, I prefer a that over the current lag. If you want to convert there are a script to import npc/monsters for the original 5e sheet, burisomewhere in the forum.
