Login failure, thrown back to login screen

This is not for me, but for a friend of mine who can no longer log into Roll20. Asked him to write the problem for me and here it is. Inability to log in. Ive tried making a new account to no avail. Everytime i try to log in the site just brings me back to the main homepage asking me to log in again. Ive already tried logging into the site from different browsers, namely chrome and firefox. Chrome browser version 23.0.1271.95 and the fire fox version 12.0, operating system windows 7 home premium 64 bit Cant take screenies as its just 2 pages, the log in and the home page. Ive also tried disabling the firewall, still no go. He's a good friend of mine as well as the player in one of my games, so I hope this is something that can be resolved somewhat easily.

I would try to clear the browser cache and cookies as the first step. Sometimes that resolves the problem. - Gauss

He tried it, and apparently it didn't work.

Jack: While he is in Chrome have him bring up the java console (Ctrl+Shift+J) and send us anything that is in red please. (After he fails to connect that is.) - Gauss

@Gauss, Apparently the java console came up clear when he tried it. @Riley, I told him to send and email and he said he will asap =)
