Promoting something?

I was wondering and tought this will be right place to ask this. I would like to promote a friend of mine that draw character portraits from other people' pictures. Is promoting artist ok in Roll20 forums? I skimmed through posts but didnt saw anything refering to this nor any post like that. Are posts like these ok?

To my knowledge, the only things allowed in the Roll20 forums are Roll20 specific subjects. There used to be an "Off-Topic" forum, however it had a tendency to grow heated and cause issues, thus it was removed, and non-specific subjects are directed to other websites, such as Reddit.

Hi  Engin Ü. - Simon is correct - only Roll20 specific content is allowed on the forums. Our Marketplace creators can promote their own live packs in our On-Topic forum, but otherwise promotion of that kind is considered off-topic. If your friend is interested in joining our Marketplace, please share our  Becoming a Creator page. Since we have answered this question, I will close this thread. Thanks!
