Sorry to hear you are having problems GM_Allen. Double check that the image did not get loaded or was corrupted then tried loading the image again but make sure the image is a jpeg or a png format. It sounds like the service had a hiccup so give it another try with a valid format. You have already indicated you done some of the troubleshooting guide so let's focused on what you haven't done yet. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
The file is png. And I have tried to use other files as well. But it keeps having the same problem. I have even tried changing the file from png to jpeg and still it does not work. This issue started with the most recent server maintenance/crash. Web Browser (Chrome) Browser Version (Version 47.0.2526.106 m) Operating System (Windows 7) If Javascript is enabled (Yes)

Ok. The first thing that jumps out at me (I'm not one of the tech genus's here but it caught my eye) is the over quota reference. Can you check you asset storage quota? You just go to your account page and look on the right side. As you are a free account, your limit is 100mb along with the image size limit of 5mb per image.
Ahh.... it would be nice if the site warned you if you were approaching your limit, or surpassing it.... thanks
