New player looking for any kind of RP.

Hello, I'm a 21 year old male from England, fresh from education "studying biomedical science" and now I'm on a break. Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to have a group of friends over, get a Dice rolling RP started, however I never met anyone that was really into that, so i was never able. as such I never really learned any or the rules or how to make a character *ect* Then, I was pointed to this website, and now like a hyper excited hamster I want to find a group to play with, however I might need help with setting up "utterly clueless how" and such, My time frame is very flexible right now and I can do almost any day of the week and weekends. My preference RP would be war hammer 40k *only because I know alittle on the lore compared to the other roleplays* but I'm willing to give any of them ago. Thanks.
