Journal Not Working in Specific Game

I'm rather new to roll20 but my problem is this... The last time I logged in to play with the group that originally drew me to using roll20 I no longer have anything under my journal nor can I control my token. My only access is the chat archive. Note that I have started my own campaign (just to experiment with the system) and have joined a different campaign where I am not currently experiencing those issues. Any suggestions? Thanks

Talk to your gm of the group you are experiencing problems with and make sure your journals are setup for you to see  and control. It sounds like the settings got changed to where you are not assigned to them. Let us know one way or the other so we can help you resolve your issue.

Steve, you've got two accounts under two different emails. I think it's very likely that you're in the "wrong" account for the settings you're expecting.
