New Player LFG D&D 2.0/Similar style to Rollplay

Hello, my first post on these forums So I'll attempt to do my best to follow the guide lines. I am a new player to D&D and since watching all of Rollplay have gotten interested in finding a group similar to it (setup, rules, etc).  Looking to be a player, My time frame is quite flexible, though I am in Australian timezone +10hrs, Also flexible on frequency of session times, though a weekly setup is preferred. Already have an outline of a character done. Just need tweaks to fit with the appropriate world design that the GM would set up.
I would like to post that I'm in the same boat here, I have always wanted to do this type of RP but haven't been able to *untill I was pointed to this website*. My time-zone is GMT, a new player looking for a group to pair with, My time frame is also very flexible right now.
Also just got done catching up with RollPlay and would like to join a group following a similar style as the show. I'm completely new to the game so would probably need some help creating a character and such, but know the rules from RollPlay pretty well assuming the GM would play with a similar ruleset. Otherwise, I'm a fast learner. I'm in the UK, so GMT timezone. Free most evenings but would prefer to play at night (After 10PM GMT) so playing with people in American timezones wouldn't be a problem.
Hey guys, I'm just going to point out that the system that JP and crew use isn't the straight AD&D2 ruleset, but a heavily modified version that was set up for ease of play with that group. Just keep that in mind when asking, so you aren't disappointed when you actually find a game. A lot of the changes aren't found in rulebooks and are concoctions of the GM - you'd need someone very experienced with 2e to get something similiar. But hopefully you guys can find what you're looking for :)

Personally I'm looking for the same style of play. That is, laid back, somewhat old-school and cliché and with a nice balance of roleplay and action. I would just require extra help if there was a group to be found with a different version and/or ruleset :)
I am also watching RollPlay and really want to find a group to try it with myself
Sounds like we have enough player character interest, now we just need someone fluent in AD&D2, as well as other rule sets who does not mind the homebrew lvl that Neal uses.
I would also be interested in joining the group as a player character not a dm as i have little experience (maybe one day i could dm but not now)
I would like to play, Im a D&D fan.
Atleast 5 character interests now, Just need a DM, this is happening alot faster then I'd Imagined.
btw u should just set up with a indefinitate play time and invite the people from here for however many pc's u want (player characters) and then just specify u need a dm sure that will help speed up the search
set up a campain*
