Not to the map as far as I know, it can obviously print out the associated table roll to chat complete with avatar/token but not create an actual object itself (well, not without the API anyway ;) ) ...as far as i know!...
API has the "what page is the user looking at" issue... that "token" button for a rollable table on the "Decks and Table" UI tab is definitive. If you click that you are getting an image on the map you are "looking at" (this image add is detectable by the API.) I just don't think a a macro can "click" that button... :/
