Roll20 contstantly unavailable

I'm not sure what the deal is, but for the past few weeks, Roll 20 will intermittently disappear, especially when going to post in the forums, or switching forum pages, or searching, or anything at all really. It's damned annoying. It's mainly with Chrome, but even when I switch to Firefox it happens there, too. Clearing my cache, resetting my browser, and rebooting all have no effect. It's not my system, nothing has changed for me, I haven't downloaded anything or changed any system settings. Others I game with have experienced it to. What is the deal? Below are some screenshots of necessary info My system info and a screenshot of what happens (a LOT)

Roll20 has experienced some growing pains recently and is still settling in with the new servers. Prior to the move to the new hosting company, the previous hosting company was on the receiving end of some DDOS attacks which caused problems for many of their clients that included roll20. For the last few weekends we have been experiencing rather large amounts of players on the site and the devs respond as fast as possible in pulling additional servers into action. More information is posted on the  blog and  twitter feeds . Are you experiencing problems now?
yep, even today it has happened 5 or 6 times at least.  I'm on Roll20 almost every day, so I REALLY notice it a lot. I've had a couple of accounts over the past few years, but this is the first real, continuous problem I've noticed. I'm sticking it out, but I can't imagine any new users sticking around if this happens to them as much as it does to me. I just hope it gets sorted out soon.

A quick Google search of the error that you're experiencing (ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR) leads me to think that it may be browser-related and might also be able to be fixed on your end. I recommend Googling the error name yourself, and carefully attempt to troubleshoot with the aid of some of the articles the aforementioned search will lead to. Otherwise, you should not have this issue with Firefox, which is the other browser that Roll20 officially supports.
Been there done that. happens in Firefox, too, as I mentioned

Ok. Let's get some of the basic information so we have a level platform to start with. I know you did some of this but could you humor me? Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Step 4 is the key piece of info we truly need but all of it helps.
Already completed steps 1-3, but will do them again for S&G. Logging off for the night. Next time it happens, I'll follow up with the bug report. Thank you for your time, Pat!
