Roll20 rolls and battlegrids not working

We are 3 players and 1 GM who is not able to see each others rolls.. The only way to see any rolls is to completely reload the page but when another roll is made the page needs to be reloaded again. It's been like this for 30 mins now. When we type the system says "-Person- Is typing" but the result is not seen.
exactly the same problem, need to refresh just to see what someone typed...
Same here. Tried with different browsers, we are 4 people spread in Europe and the US. Still same problem.
Have the GM clear the chat archive (on the campaign's page -> Settings -> Clear Chat Archive) and see if that helps. If there is anything in the chat archive you need to keep, the GM should copy and paste it to an offline source first; once the chat archive is cleared it is gone.

Same issue for me. Tried clearing the chat archive; did not work. Tried switching browsers; did not work. Cleared browser cache; did not work. Checked other campaigns; all of them had the same issue. All of the chat timestamps show the time at which the browser is refreshed, regardless of when the message was sent or posted. I think this may be on Roll20's end. Edit: Setup Information: Windows NT 10.0, Screen Res 1920x1080, Browser is Chrome 47.0.2526.111 (also tried with Windows Edge), IP 76.21.189.40, Color Depth 24 Bit, Javascript Enabled, Cookies Enabled, Flash Verision 20.0.-1

Ok. We have 6 people in this thread with similar issues but unknown if it is the same problem. Standard bug rules state that each of you need to create you own thread and run through the troubleshooting guide. Some of you indicate you did some of the troubleshooting but I'm going post it anyway. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
