Dynamic Light - Black Screen to players

Hello, Help please. Thanks in advance. (Not sure if I'm posting this in correct area) I'm have a Pro account and am using Chrome on Win 7. I started setting up Dynamic Lighting for part of my dungeon for players and all the players see is a black screen. I tested it myself in player mode and I get the black screen as well. I've gone through as many videos as I can view, run all the trouble shooting steps listed elsewhere and still nothing. I'm at a complete loss as to why all players can see is the black screen of a map. I know the tokens are set up correctly and the page settings are as they are supposed to be but no one in player mode can see anything. Any help would be appreciated as we were really looking forward to dynamic lighting. Would really hate to have to fall back to clunky fog of war with slow reveal.

Do you have any tokens that are emitting light ? If there is none then all there will be seen is blackness.
Yeah I checked that. I have both All Players See Light and Has Light checked. Still nothing.

The only thing I can think of, before you post a console log, is to ask this question. Have you checked to make sure the Fog of War is not enabled? If it is not then I guess we will need your console log from when you are in the game.
Yep had checked that too, like I said, went through all the troubling shooting steps I could find before posting here. OK, not that I have a clue what it's saying but here is the console log right after I started up the game this morning. I, of course, can see everything but player mode still shows black according to one of the players. I just want to chime in that I seem to be having a similar or related problem: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2916709/tokens-c... I can get players to see more than a black screen, but only if their tokens are emitting light. All other light sources are invisible to them, and this is only the case when "Enforce Light of Sight" isn't checked.

Carlo, as similar-seeming issues can have vastly different causes, would you please start a new thread here in Bug Reports, and run t least one of your players through Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome, and swap browsers briefly; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information, especially the console log from table-load through moving some of the errant tokens around, to further assist you.
OK, after an exhausting amount of time (chuckles lightly), I've gone through all the steps again myself and discovered that three things occur. First is, if I turn on global illumination, about half the time the player side of things turns completely black. No explanation as to why, it just happens. Since I don't actually need that I have left it off. Second is that it helps to have top-down tokens instead of just pic in the avatar slot. I find this resolved half of the player issues, though it did take me a bit to figure out that both I as GM and they as players needed to be listed on the control of token in order for it to perform correctly. And lastly, and this part is for consideration and further investigation for the devs, I found that having more then one monitor has a minor impact. If viewing it with an older square monitor there was no issue, but when the second monitor is an LCD wide screen it tends to get a bit dodgy on token movement. On the other hand if the second monitor is an LED the tokens move smoothly and dynamic lighting works just fine save that global illumination thing. In any case, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for your time and efforts.
