Chat Bug

When anything is typed in chat it sends and nothing pops up I am not the only one experiencing in in the game I don't know how To reproduce this I believe it was caused by a bunch of macros being tested If I didn't explain it well enough I would try to give you a join link but when I load up the game the normal welcome thing doesn't come up that would give the join link Chrome 48.0.2564.97 Windows Windows 7
Apparently the chat log is still recording the stuff that doesn't show up in the normal chat

Try clearing the Chat Archive, which can be found under Game Settings on the Game Details Page .  If that doesn't solve your issues, just let us know and we'll try other things :)
I was going to but I wanted to make sure that you guys knew about it before I do

Thanks, null. Sometimes, a Roll Template will bug out and cause this to happen. Do you think that's maybe what happened in your case? Anyhow, did clearing the Chat Archive fix the issue for you? For future reference, a game's ID number (which can be found within the URL of the game's details page) is as good as a join link to the Roll20 Dev Team. Furthermore, our preference is that join links are not posted to the Community Forums (at least, not without a disclaimer that the poster understands the associated risks). Thanks!

Yeah that is most likely that the roll template caused it and yes it did solve the issue how can I be sure to not have it happen again with roll templates (I'm guessing the answer will be don't use them in quick succession but that is just a guess)
That would be my guess, as well. Thanks for the bug report! Since this issue is resolved, I'll mark it as so and close the thread—feel free to open a new one for any future bugs.
