Cannot get past the loading scree

Hi there, i was playing a game earlier today and everything worked fine, then a new player wanted to create a character on my campaign and i opened it up no problem, after about 15-20 minutes it said it was having issues, so i reloaded and now every time i try to go in it won't go past the loading screen. i even tried entering the other campaign im in and same problem, just keeps loading.
