Not directly. You can infer it by tracking manipulation of tokens only a GM can control. In the case of multiple GMs, you can tell which one it was. You can have them add a rollable table token and look at where it ends up. You could put a token on every page and ask them to move the one they are on, then remove all of them. Etc. It's a continuing problem.
