GenKitty said: That's certainly annoying! Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do
a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before
more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3
of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if
one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we
can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information, especially the console log from the loading of the game table through trying to align the image, to further assist you. Thanks for your reply! I confirmed I am on the latest and greatest version of Chrome. I deleted the cache for roll20.net and all subdomains. No change in behavior. Since this worked forever and *just* started happening, and I haven't installed any new extensions in a long time, I didn't think it would be any extensions, so i started testing other things. I deleted the page I was working on and created a blank one. No change. I adding the image ot the token layer first and then moved it to the map layer. No change. I then noticed something odd: My pages did not have grids turned on! (I usualy have them off or set to a very dim line so I don't notice them.) I turn on grids and tried again. The unexpected behavior went away. I don't know if the system deleting map images when you try to align to grids while grids are turned off is expected behavior (it shouldn't be) but that seems to be the issue. Just to make sure this wasn't some coincidence with some other change I made, can you reproduce this behavior if grids are turned of on your page?
