Having trouble accessing content I've purchased.

I can see all the content I've purchased on the market, but once the "new" market stuff that Roll20 wants me to buy populates, I may as well just forget I've purchased anything, as finding it is impossible. Is there some way around this? The only thing I can think of is tagging them all individually, but I shouldn't need to do something so tedious to get to the items I've paid for. Thanks for the help.

To see your purchases, you can go to your library: &nbsp;<a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/</a> and click on "Your Purchases".

Sorry, I mean when I'm actually in a campaign and trying to use the purchases. They're always crowded behind waves of new content. Is there any way to filter solely by what I've purchased within the campaign itself? Thank you for the response.

From within the game, you can access your purchases via the Your Library window, available by clicking the black star next to the search box on the library tab:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Art_Library#Your_Library" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Art_Library#Your_Library</a> It will open a window with the same contents as the library link above. &nbsp; You can drag assets from there to the map. &nbsp;Note: If you want to drag assets from your library to a character portrait/handout image/card/rolllable table you will need to find it in the search tab and drag it from the side bar. &nbsp; You can add tags to your purchased art assets to make searching for them easier.

Alternatively, you can use the name of the artist and/or the name of the art pack as search tags in the Art Library if you want to limit your searches to just that artist/pack.

I appreciate the responses, guys. Due to there being thousands of images, seems like Gen's is about as good a fix as I can get right now.

The way it's set up, anything you've purchased should show up at the top of the "Marketplace" section, followed by up to 3 things from the Marketplace that you haven't purchased, with the option to click a link to see other things you haven't purchased. Is that not how it's working for you? Or do you mean in the popup dialog box you get when you click on the Star next to the search box?

Yeah, it only really works that way for things I've tagged. Once I do that, it shows up in the library as if I had uploaded it, which is given the top hits.
This comment might pull away from Darrell's original question some but i believe its along the same lines and can be put here as well I'm only seeing the token sets I've actually bought and not the free ones. Specifically the ones by Devin night but i think there were others. As it stands right now when i search for anything all i see are the bought and paid for packs and nothing else. just wondering if they've been removed or if I've gotten hold of a bug of some sort? Upon checking just now it looks like only some of the devin night packs are gone or removed or bugged out im not sure which. I even tried to buy the ones that were no longer in my library since we use them quite a lot in various campaigns but they are still listed as a free set on the marketplace. Thanks for reading guys.
Can you guys both give me an example of exactly what you're searching for? E.g. "devin night", "unicorn", etc. And then with that query, what are you expecting to see that you're not seeing? I will take a look at the results you are seeing based on those queries so I can determine if it is an issue with us not returning correct results or what's going on... Thanks!

Alright I started looking for "goblin" &nbsp;(which I'll do just now as i happen to be working on a map at time of writing). After putting that in the only result that come up are one "armored goblin" from Devin night but nothing more and a few more results from what Ive purchased in the past. Point is the only token that shows up from the free sets is the one "armored goblin" and then it goes into my purchased assets then is lists three then on with the web results like normal. Then what I was searching for was "Devin night" just to see what would come up. In that case nothing but three options from the market place came up. This includes the armored goblin from the previous search. So, what I do from that point is open my library proper. When I look there I see the token pack Ive got in the order Ive received them so, purchased one higher up then towards the bottom are the free ones. when I get to the free ones many are there except for the devin night sets and possibly more but I cant remember the whole list of the free sets. Im not sure whats going on here but that's what has happened with me. Hope that helps. Feel free to message me if you need more info. Thanks Riley i look forward to this years Gencon panel Joe
Okay, thanks Joe. I'll take a look at this Monday and see what's up. That definitely doesn't sound like the correct behavior.
Okay so upon further investigation, what's happening is that our system is having a hard time finding all results for "generic" terms that are appearing in lots of sets. "Goblin" is an example of this, as is "Devin Night" (since he has sooo many packs now). But for example, when I searched for "heroic characters" (the name of a specific pack you had purchased), all the results came back as expected. So, I've made our system better able to find results for generic terms. So you'll now see if you search for "goblin" or "Devin Night" you get a lot more results back. However, my recommendation overall would be, if you aren't getting back the specific results you want, try searching for the name of the Token Set where the item is from, since all of those results should show up just fine since all packs have a unique name. Hope that helps!
Thanks for your help Riley. I just checked it, and what ever you've done has worked like a dream. I will try to use more specific terms now. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and this whole site for their attention to customer service. sadly its become a rare thing these day but im glad to see its still alive and well here.
