The idea is simple mutants and masterminds in the same type of style as the arrow and the flash Television show. We would pick a underdeveloped like Bludheaven or some other city with alots of street level crime. From the gangs, and thugs to street level badguys, We would do bigger Villains and heroes to visit our city, when the plot needs it. Even still you’re not likely to see superman helping us or us him, don’t want one hero to overshadow a whole group XD. If we do pick Bludheaven, we will see alot of nightwing and some batfamily. However our focus will be on the main group and may deal with each character's daily struggle along with fighting crime.
