Day 5: Tobin works to complete the Kitchen Issachar started.  2 Goods, 1 Labor. Day 6: Tobin completes the Kitchen (1 Labor) and also completes work on a Lavatory for the House he and Issachar will share.  (120GP from Issachar's inventory.)
