I have a pdf I'm trying to import and it keeps getting hung up. I've tried direct drag and drop, importing into to art library and can't get either to work. I'm fairly noobish with roll20 any suggestions would help. Cheers Flip
Roll20 supports only a few file types for art assets and you can read up on them in our wiki page . What you will want to do is extract your image from the pdf and save it as a jpeg or png. There are various methods on how to extract that image but you can google for instructions as roll20 does not support extracting images from pdfs. One note of mention is that the handouts do support importing a single page of pdf but that is the only area that you can import pdf's at.
