Issues regarding upgrading my Subscription and changing of payment Method

Hello,&nbsp; i dont know if this is the right forum section but i hope with this post, a staff member replies faster to me, than to the email i sent on 28th January.&nbsp; I am currently have a "plus" membership that i would like to upgrade to a pro membership, and changeing my payment method to Paypal. Well since &nbsp;the respective information on this website directs me to writing an email, i did exactly that. However more than 2 weeks have passed since i wrote my email to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and no sign of a response has reached me, maybe the messenger fell into a trap laid out by goblins or the response time is generally so slow. If that is the wrong adress i guess the joke is on me but if that is not the case i basically just would like to know if i should keep waiting for an answer because support time is generally that slow or if i should write another request, or wether there is yet another way to reach out to the roll20 team that might get me to a point where i can actually give them more of my money.&nbsp; Best Greetings (although slightly annoyed) Marcel

Hi Marcel, I"m sorry you haven't had a reply to your email as of yet. To upgrade your account and change the payment method you could simply cancel your current subscription (which will continue to run until it was due to expire anyway). Then you could create a new subscription at the desired level using paypal as your payment method.&nbsp;Not only will you get the benefits of Pro straight away but if there was a significant amount of time left on your plus account the monetary value of that remaining time will be deducted from your new subscription for you. I hope that helps
Well, it did. Thank you. Leaves me just wondering why this isnt the way its explained on the subscriptions page if this is the fastest and easiest way.....

There is the&nbsp; FAQ at the bottom of the subscriptions page which highlights the information I've given today but if in doubt you were right to ask the question before committing financially.
I know that there is, it was the one that pointed me to writing an email for the changing of the payment method. but as far as i understood its the way to change a running subscription like the one i had not to cancel and just resubscribe....
