
Hello, i dont know if this is the right forum section but i hope with this post, a staff member replies faster to me, than to the email i sent on 28th January. I am currently have a "plus" membership that i would like to upgrade to a pro membership, and changeing my payment method to Paypal. Well since the respective information on this website directs me to writing an email, i did exactly that. However more than 2 weeks have passed since i wrote my email to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and no sign of a response has reached me, maybe the messenger fell into a trap laid out by goblins or the response time is generally so slow. If that is the wrong adress i guess the joke is on me but if that is not the case i basically just would like to know if i should keep waiting for an answer because support time is generally that slow or if i should write another request, or wether there is yet another way to reach out to the roll20 team that might get me to a point where i can actually give them more of my money.
