Help learning to use GM tools

Besides FAQ's and random stuff on the internet is there a good tutorial on how to use roll20 GM tools? I'm really having trouble figuring out how to give regular players elevated access to help me move things around the map and add stuff (if there is such a way) and also, how do regular players add their own characters or familiars or add graphics for spells they cast? Is any of this possible? Thanks for any help... And if you're a real pro and have some time to donate I would love it if someone could join me in a game on video chat and walk me through some of this stuff. Thank you -Nate

I agree, the FAQ is kind of brief, needs to be a bit more in depth. I am trying to figure out how to implement Pathfinders crit and fumble cards to use them in my game, at least to see how well it works.
