Hai Roll20 people, I am a veteran RPer, I have been running VTM games for 10+ years, its prolly my favorite Tabletop PnP. I have played a lot of Pathfinder, and 2nd Edition ADnD, DnD 3.5, DnD 4th, and Pathfinder. I have played W40k for about 7 years untill recently, had to sell my armies, I played Dark Eldar and Sisters of Battle. I playd WHFB for about 3 years until my gaming group stopped playing it, I played Dark Elves. I also used to play Magic the Gathering, until I realized it was cheaper to play Warhammer in the long run.
I am looking for a group running a DH game.
I am New to DH (Veteran to Warhammer 40k/WHFB), but a veteran RPer, I run VTM games quite often, and play DnD and Pathfinder.
I want to play an Ordos Militant Sister of battle, or a Hospitaliar.
I Usually play a character and try to play them properly, I don't min/max. My last battle sister almost died due to her actions and brained a player because he was tainted by the warp. I also don't like the "Savage Worlds" rule set personally.
My work Schedule is Fri-Tues 1200-1600 EST and i have dinner at my dads house on Sundays and my Pathfinder game on Saturdays at 1800-0200 EST. I am off Wed-Thurs. So I'm pretty flexible, I do get Overtime Quite often (I work at an Airport as Security for DHS) I usually try to sleep around 0200-0300ish EST
If the game is before 2000 EST I will be a little distracted due to my Daughter being awake, but good to play till she goes to sleep (preferably after 2000) Then I'm good.
An Example of my last character:
Our Psyker was an idiot and would spam Psyker abilities just "for the lulz" and one time Periled like 2 games in, and screamed, "I FEEL THE WARP OVERTAKING ME" so due to this, I put a round through his head for Heretical Acts and being Tainted by Chaos.
I usually Try to Find an RP reason for new abilities or Faith powers. I have only played i like 4 games of DH, my DM had real life things come up so he could not run it anymore.
Like my healing faith power, forget its name off hand, our Guardsman got burned to the point of almost dead, he was unconscious and bleeding out, was gonna die, my sister, walked up to him to offer him the Emperors Mercy, and do my duty as a battle sister and send him to the side of the Emperor painlessly, and as my hand lay on his forehead giving him the final prayers, (picture the scene from x-men the movie, where rogue touches wolverine and she starts getting the cuts and stuff taking his wounds, that's what happened kinda with with cuts and burns) and I was engulfed in golden light, and started screaming from the pain, and took enough wounds to bring him back to consciousnesses in turn caused severe wounds to myself, and burns in my throat so it was hard to speak (they had to roll to see if they would be able to understand me), afterwards, she shot back staring at her hand in disbelief and everyone staring at her in awe. That's the game that I got that ability.
