Alas for poor Dorn; a half-elf Rogue from Valmar! he fell on the 30th of Plenth in the 4th year of the Reign of Octavin. Dorn died bravely assaulting a castle filled with mercenaries in the Company of his friends and comrades. After his death, a party of Valemen, lead by Hywel of Mournford comes to lay flowers where his ashes are scattered and many Vale songs are sung in his honor and his name still lives in stories a hundred years later in the Vale. Also; many Blue Sashes came to pay their respects, as did Fegg of the Guild of Thieves. Lastly, several knights of the Company of the Rising Sun swear never to follow the lead of Lord Tancred again and join the Blue Sashes in shame at being forced to wait idly while a good man died. Their Names are Ector and Gwain and they call themselves The Knights of Dorn.

For days after his death a thin elf wearing all blacks can be seen standing underneath a tree overlooking the coast and the memorial site. He is taking care to hide his face and the small folk whisper of a vengeful ghost keeping watch for those who did Dorn wrong.
The road we take is a narrow one with very few diverging paths, as a soldier it's a realization I know so well... but watching a comrade fall never gets easier. We live on so that they can in us, carrying their conviction. *Raises a glass*
Aye his quick blades will be missed *drinks*
As Cain returns back to the Rising Sun he goes to make his required donation and pulls out some coin that are covered in the blood of Dorn and pours them into the collection box. For a week Cain fasts and prays for Dorn's soul to be renewed into the body of another great warrior.
At the service in Dorn's memory Boone, as leader of the first expedition Dorn joined, is given a chance to speak. As he stands before the mourners he says simply "I didn't know Dorn for long, but from our brief time I believe he was a good man and will be sorely missed." He draws out his Book of Common Song then and soon begins to sing. For those present who know of the events, the lyrics form are clearly used as an allegorical retelling of Hywel's heroic rescue, a dedication to the good that Dorn had done in his brief time.

Alas for Thorgrim of the dwarf folk; a holy man who served the Dwarven God of Wine and the Blue Sashes. He fell slaying the brutal overlords of the streets in West-gate in Haven
Erolith stands over the graves and thanks them silently for they were great fighters and died doing what they did best helping others, he thinks to himself yet again another life he could not help
That night in the Mermaid Syvil is one of many who raise a glass to the lost veterans of the company; to the two good men who fell trying to make Haven a better place.
Cain knows not of these people much in person but he has heard of their exploits he gathers himself to offer a prayer in their legend and to keep their deeds in memory.

Marokin wanders the graveyard and when he stands infront of Lydika's grave he bites his tongue... "I should have told the others to take better care of this naive young nuisance... such a waste... though I am wondering what happens to all her belongings and her family contacts? Somone should perhaps take care of these affairs." When he passes Thorgrim, a person with whom he hardly spoke but not that rarely drank, he simply salutes by raising a glass.
It has been almost a month that Lydika has passed away, yet Marokin can be seen standing there, talking to himself. It seems like we found that book of yours. Yet we have not found a book that explains what we saw back then at the library. Maybe that knowledge makes it easier for you to find peace. I will continue to search for that other book though, and I have an idea where to find it... At least Haven got rid of these people and the bookselling fool was found dead. So your mission was accomplished. He puts the spare symbol of Rowan-wood on her tombstone. Then Marokin can be seen in the Mermaid, talking to Adolfo, inquiring about how to contact her family to let them know that what she came here to do has been done, even though it has cost her life.

At the edge of meadow a walking distance away from Dun Mora a brief and simple burial ceremony is held for the passing of the wizard Dithas Hawklight. A small wooden placard is pressed into the ground on top of where his body lies. The next spring a strong tree sapling grows from under the now rotten and unrecognizable piece of wood.

Years after; long after these events were all long forgotten, the people of the Vale would take the strange fruit that bloomed on the Dithas Tree. That fruit had the power to allow any who ate it to assume new forms and guise themselves with magic; and so did Dithas leave a legacy that outlived all the other members of his Company, indeed it outlasted even the Empire.

The graveyard of Haven Isle is a sombre place this day; and a crowd of mourners from many Companies attend. All the bodies of the fallen were in fact recovered; as the Red Dragon Brigade assaulted the Caves of Goros just after the adventurers emerged; indeed even the bodies of the slain captives were retrieved and buried. Yet danger remains and the Red Dragon Brigade were driven off ere they could cleanse the caves. Alas for Imrith of the Moredhel; slain in service to Haven Alas for Killborn of the Dragonkin; noble and brave to the last Alas for Matthius of Sol; who lead the Company into peril

Alas for Kasper, surprised and gnawed upon by hungry rats. His body then disposed off in the lava in the depths of Makra.
Alas, as for Mileena, Vander and Kraitor... hunted down and devoured by two fiendish hounds while doing their work for Haven and the empire... May sol guide them!
A few days after the word of Kaspar's death spreads through Haven Argus shows up at the graveyard, and makes a replacement grave. He whispers something along the lines "The only one that did not attack them..." And he makes some rites according to the teachings of the eye...
Alas for Eriko, who ventured into the mines of Disuthasin on the Isle of Khulican and was taken by the Grell.
Alas for Barnaball, lost in the mines of Disuthasin before he could adjust to the climate.
Alas for the noble Zasheir Khalid, who got hacked to death by a dwarf who he set out to rescue on the island of Ardaal
Let it be known that Luca Scipio Lupus has fallen in the darkness of Makra, his companions only able to secure his body once his head was crushed and his armor torn.
Let it be known that Sadie Siliquastrum has died, though her voice will live on in the nightmares of her enemies and allies alike. Alas for Sanctrias the Dragonborn, who fell while courageously fighting a Glacious Ooze on the island of Ardaal. Alas for Ventus, whose fate is not wholly known, though it is certain he faced that fate with great valour.
Argus stands at the replacement grave of Sadie and looks down at the name. " Judgement have come, old hag... I wonder who is next? Zeech? Halaur? Gaxx? Your sins are catching up to you!"
